At GUAPI CLOTHING, we want you to be fully satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all GUAPI garment tags are attached and the invoice is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
